This 3 Dimensional frame was a challenge for me to do in some quick steps and it was alot of fun. 
You really need to giv this a try for quick and personalized gift.

Helmar Gem Glue
Helmar Acid Free Glue

Patterned Paper (This is using Scrappin' Sports N' More's Personalized papers)

7Gypsies Chipboard Title
Martha Stewart Microbeads
Silver Inks for edging if desired.
Process:
1) Spray solid canvas frame with Helmar V2 Vellum Adhesive and add paper. Dry.
2) Spread Helmar Acid Free Glue on Chipboard title and sprinkle microbeads onto surface. Dry.
3) Add Helmar Gem Glue where desired, for additional Bling gems.
4) Add Helmar Scrapdots to rear of chipboard title and adhere to fram surface. Dry.
That is it my friends! You can make this fun project is less than an hour.
