The perfect song for Christmas right? A little Sound of Music in the HOUSE!!!! *fist pump*. Does a fist pump really go with the Sound of Music? hmmmm *pondering* Anyways. Erika Taylor here today with a "little note" for all of you using some of my favorite things. I so adore Magistical Memories chipboard and Fancy Pants Design papers. These two paired up to create a card for that little hello.
The chipboard pieces that I used are the Damask and Music Note Double. I first painted the Damask chippie with black soot paint dauber. The Notes were sprayed with Tattered Angels Glimmer mist then finished off with a little Distress Stickles. Aren't those papers super pretty? Guess I should show you the card first right?
See, I told ya the papers were pretty. They are from the Lilac House collection from Fancy Pants Design. I started browsing all the collections of Fancy Pants, and after realizing I have almost every one, I figured this company is now one of my top 5. Simply Dreamy I say!!! I added a few drops of golden sun, aka Helmar 450 Quick Dry Adhesive, to the back of the Damask chipboard and had no time for even a little sip of "te" before it dried. I also used some Helmar Zapdots for dimension and my trusty side kick the Helmar Quick Fix Adhesive Runner.
What fun I have when I'm creating hehe. So for a little note, start at the beginning. A very good place to start…
