Good day to you all!!!
Look around your scrap space…yes, right now! What do you see? Well besides the mess from the projects in progress. If you're like me you see a lot of supplies. Good quality supplies. Fun, trendy, current supplies. All waiting to be used. And if you're anything like me you have a ton of techiques popping through your head to use with all these different supplies. Should I stamp on this project? How about misting? Staples? Punches? All of it? None of it? Do you ever feel sometimes like you just want to close your eyes, take a dart and whatever it hits is the products you'll use on your new project? I.Am.So.There!
I have a little secret to share with you…..ready?!?!? Whatever products you grab, whatever technique you want to use. Whatever your scrapbooking project may be…..Helmar has just the right adhesives for you!!! Seriously, I'm not joking. I'd never joke about something like this!
Here is a layout I completed yesterday. I had no idea what direction I wanted to go in when I first started. No project or magazine ad to grab quick inspiration from. Just a need to grab a bunch of my favorite manufacturers and some recent photos and create! Did I have to worry if my project would come together or not? Not really. Did I know that Helmar adhesives would work for all my different techniques I wanted to experiment and play with? Yes, I did!
See this fun fringy flower? I grabbed my fringe scissors from our go to gal Martha and cut fringe from 1 inch wide by 12 long strips of patterned paper and then layered it around and around a scrap circle. To make sure it stays in place I used 450 Quick Dry Adhesive. I also used Liquid Scrap Dots to adhere the scalloped center. Liquid Scrap Dots gave me the ability to adhere the center to a somewhat bulky embellishment without smooshing it down. I then capped it all off with a wooden bingo motif by Maya Road. I love me some Maya Road!
Some of the other supplies I used came from these fantastic manufacturers:
So next time you're feeling overwhelmed. Close your eyes. Use whatever you grab and make sure you have all your favorite Helmar adhesives near by!
Thanks for stopping by! Now get scrapping
