These are the Helmar glues I used through the whole process for the metal and heavier things I used the Premium Craft Glue, for the string and large beads I used the Super-Tac Glue and the Tacky Craft Glue I used for all the little beads and paper clay.

I used a stencil randomly over the bottle with some texture paste then painted it with black gesso.

I also wound string around the top and bottom of the bottle for more texture.
