Hello All! Another Beautiful Summer day!!! I know some of you are already back into the swing of school… but here we have 3 more weeks of summer! WHOOT!! I just LOVE the weather this time of year too… not TOO hot, but not cold yet either… Just right! (I feel like Goldylocks! LOL!)
I had the fabulous honor of playing with some Cosmo Cricket JOY RIDE goodies this week! Cosmo and Helmar are such a great pair!!
Here is a layout that i created using the Cosmo Cricket Joy Ride collection, the chipboard and square alpha's along with some PK Glitz Glitter.
I just love working with the Cosmo Cricket chipboard elements! I'm such a big fan of dimension that I always have to use my Zap dots for it! Here I used the black 1/2 inch round to give some extra height to some of the elements.
I also added some PK Glitz glitter to the center of the flowers. To do this, I applied a small amount of the Helmar Gemstone glue to the area I wanted covered. This stuff works awesome, because it goes on white so you can see where the glitter will be sticking, but it dries 100% clear!
To add my usual journaling strips… (that I can NOT create a layout without! :)) I used the Quick Fix Adhesive runner. I love that this is not a bunch of small tabs, but it is a clear glue… it's perfect for my strips!
The rest of this page was adhered using the Premium Craft Glue. I don't think I could scrap without this stuff… it's what great pages are made of! 🙂
