True 😀 here, popping on really quick this Easter weekend to share another Napkin ATC that I created with Helmar's fabulous Decoupage.
I simply decoupaged the pretty pink floral paper napkin to a 2.5"x3.5" chipboard ATC. I used the flowers on the napkin to make the flower embellishments by decoupaging them to white cardstock then cutting them out. I attached them with Helmar's 450 Quick Dry Glue.
I then did some doodling with a black Micron Pima pen, added some pretty ribbon, some Want2Scrap bling and some chunky glitter to bling it up. :)
