I LOVE COLOR! I especially love color on paper and how much fun is it to take some beautiful paper and play with it. While the days are still warm I gathered some summer colored paper, some art supplies and of course a little bit of Helmar Glue and I headed out to the patio to have a little fun creating fun things.
With my Birdie Frame I used some wonderful Tim Holtz Distress Inks, a little bit of Tattered Angels on the frame. Helmars Premium Craft Glue was used to glue the bird on and then a spritz of Tattered Angels Caribbean Blue completed the look.
This layout was fun to create using ZAPDOTS because they helped to create a 3-D effect with the flowers.
I also made some quick cute cards to include with some carrot muffins that I baked. I cut a circle out of the paper that I was using to use as the centre of the flower for the card. I found that Helmars Gemstone Glue was AWESOME to glue the clear acrylic cover onto the paper and then glue it to the flower and attach the whole flower to the card. Quick and strong! AWESOME!!! {Oh, the carrot muffins were good too!}
