Hello there! I had so much making this mixed media layout using bits and pieces, lots of paint and color and some of my Susan K. Weckesser Inc. stamp images. I used Helmar 450 Quick Dry Adhesive to stick on the houses but for the book page and the dyed canvas I used Helmar Decoupage and Craft Paste.
To create my title I used my Susan K. Weckesser Inc. /Unity Stamp Co. 'Painted Sentiments' stamp; Love. I stamped in onto some cotton and then used roving & a felt making tool from Clover USA to complete it.
After the paste, crackle and all the wonderful colorful goodness was dry, I did a little doodling and I also used some Gelatos from Faber-Castell to add a little more whimsy. Isn't it fun to play with color and texture and to combine things to see what you can create!
