Hi Veronica here today to share with you my dollar day excursion. Halloween is just a couple of weeks away and these easy to make and cute paper treat bags are going to my special friends and family.
I went on a shopping day with my girl friend to the Dollar Store where I purchased the paper bags the spooky skeletons and the mesh fabric.
I saw these cute and funny spooky faces from a pattern piece company and purchased the pattern for a dollar. I decided to rough up the faces a little by distressing them.
Then I just paper pieced my faces and put together my treat bags with our awesome Helmar Tacky Craft Glue
Didn't these turn out so cute! All it took was a little time $4.00 with enough to make 4 bags and you can use the pattern for other things. I decided to distress my faces with ink, tearing and chalk but you can leave yours cute and clean and maybe add a pumpkin instead of a skeleton if you are giving these bags to small children. After all you don't want to spook the kids too much!
Thank you for stopping by today and I hope I have inspired you to create with
Have a spooky and safe Halloween,
