I'm not really one for trends. They come and go so quickly that I usually try to avoid them….and I know I'm arriving a little late to the party for this one…but I'm liking this whole "banner" trend, especially for cards.
Helmar is a company that's ahead of the trends, and the only one with Liquid Scrapdots. Other companies may make dimensional adhesives, but if you've tried Helmar's Liquid Scrapdots then you know that their is nothing else like them.
I got some really cute banner stamps recently so I decided to try them out on this card. I put it together with my Helmar Quick Fix Adhesive Runner. The paper is from preferred partner Lilly Bee Designs which is quickly becoming one of my favorites.
I used Scrapdots on this card to elevate the flags on the banner, and also for the circle with the ribbon. I love that I can control the amount of adhesive and totally customize my dimension. You gotta love those Scrapdots!
