Hi everyone!!! I have been making necklaces, a bunch of them. I thought I would share that with you today.
My cast of characters that get the job done, Helmar Acrylic Sealer, Helmar Gemstone Glue and {my favorite} Helmar 450 Quick Dry. So here we go~
I started with 7/8" x 7/8" glass tiles and some bird graphics. I used Helmar Antique Sealer on the back of the tile and then setting it on the paper {with the bird image on it} and let it dry. I then cut it out of the image paper. Now I have my bird image on the back of the glass tile, I then glued the pendant bail onto the back of the glass tile with Helmar Gemstone Glue. The next step I glued felt to the back of the tile using Helmar 450 Quick Dry.
Pretty, right!!! These go pretty fast and the glue works fantastic!! Then I thought about using one as a gift, so this is what I did.
The envelopes are by Tim Holtz and the paper is by Jenni Bowlin. I used Helmar 450 Quick Dry to glue on the embellishments, to the front of the gift envelope. Very fun, crafty project!! Thanks for stopping by today and I will see you soon!!! by: Connie Mercer ~Helmar DT
