My cousin's daughter Emma (but she calls me Aunt) was asked to create a scrapbook for the end of her 2009 "Little Miss" term. Well guess who was asked to help her with that? Yep, that's right….ME! So I decided that I would start the process for her but she will be completing the book with my help. She's only 7 and she will need the help.
Using some 6×6 chipboard pieces that I had, I took my Helmar USA V2 Vellum Adhesive spray and sprayed one side at a time of my chipboard pieces and then laying them down on my Lily Bee Design patterned paper. Each time cutting off the excess paper from the chipboard. I did this 14 times, giving Emma a 7 page book to work with.
I did help her out a bit by creating the cover for her. The flower was created using some Seam binding that I dyed with my Tattered Angels glimmer mist, this technique that I shared on my blog in April and the fabulous Helmar USA 450 Quick Dry Adhesive.
I can't express to you enough how fast the process moves when creating a mini album whe you use the Helmar USA V2 Vellum adhesive spray. It's the way I'll be doing it anytime I create one!
