Hey there everyone! It's Tina here, and I'm so pleased to be on the HELMAR DT blog for the very first time to share with you! So Exciting!!
This weekend I went to a crop for my local scrappy store… 6 hrs there… and one page finished! Sound familiar? LOL! I think the eating, shopping talking and laughing are always bigger priorities at these events anyway! 🙂
However, I did get something done that I would like to share with you! I got to play with the Helmar Liquid Scrap Dots and loved the effect they gave to this page!
Helmar Quick-Fix Adhesive Runner is perfect for holding together the majority of this page. Then, when working with the chipboard, it is time to dig out the Premium Craft Glue. I like to apply this to the back of the chipboard using a paint brush! You never get too much, no waste and you have perfect control! After applying, flip it over onto the patterned paper you want to adhere it to and wait for just a few seconds. It's that quick, and that simple!!
Then came the time to play with the scrap dots!! I used the WISHING YOU SUNSHINE stamp set from myStampBOX, which is definately one of my favorites sets! I stamped using blue ink onto white cardstock and cut them out. Then, to give fun dimention to the clouds, I applied the Scrap Dots to the back… one cloud being a little higher than the other!! Just a little extra squeeze and they were perfect!
