Helmar Craft Glue that is….my favorite "go to" glue, has to be Helmar's Premium Craft Glue. I use it for just about everything. It takes the place of just about every other type of glue I've used. It dries fast, and more importantly it dries clear…..I mean really clear. We're talking invisible here.
I used Premium Craft Glue on this layout to assemble the entire thing. Using a glue spreader, I applied it in a super thin layer to the back of my papers and photo in place of adhesive runner. By using the spreader I elimated any bumps and air bubbles and the result was a perfectly smooth application.
I used it to assemble my "flower" and to attach my ribbon. I even used it on the giant gemstone! Look closely….can you see traces of it anywhere?
Finally, I used to to attach my journaling transparency. I think that's probably the most impressive thing. Applying it to a transparency like that and watching it virtually disappear.
So if you weren't convinced before, this should do it! Next time you reach for a clear adhesive, grab some Helmar Premium Craft Glue…I think the reason's why are pretty "clear" ;)
