Hey there again…..
I noticed a while back that there was a 'hole' in my card box. I had some gaps in my card inventory!!!! I make all my cards and have them there all ready for when I need a card and for what ever reason. There have been far too many times when I have been making a card in that last 5 minutes before we leave the house to attend the party of the cards recipient. Not good. I am all in a fluster, and the card……probably not my best!!!! So I happened to buy some cute new Kaisercraft stamps at my local scrapbooking store the other day and sat in front of the telly the other night and coloured and cut like crazy. This made the making a breeze…..everything was ready to go.
The first gap I decided to fill in my card box was 'Kids cards'…..Take a look……but first here are the Helmar goodies I used….

I used Papertrey ink white card stock for stamping and colouring, copic markers work beautifully on this really heavy card and Helmar 450 Quick Dry featured quite heavily as it always does!!!!! I raised all the dimensional pieces with the left over Helmar zap dots (mine were in black) You know when you have taken out all the 'dots', and have all the negative surrounds left?….. I just chopped up the negative surrounds to the dots and used those for the dimension. No one would ever know and you can feel like you got your money's worth (ie….use every tiny little bit of the product!) and you can cut them up quite small to use on tree (or elephant) trunks!!!! Quite handy really!
These were so very easy to do, and look quite cute…… Kids section in my card box…….Check!
