While Helmar has every type of adhesive you could EVER possibly need, my newest favorite, the glue I cannot scrap without, is Helmar Professional Acid Free. Originally intended for bookbinding, this dries fast and clear and I love the feel of the projects created using this glue.
I also played with the Purple Cows Freestyle Mouse Cutting Kitthis weekend. I'm not going to lie, I was a little scared, a little intimidated by this product. I decided to start slow and try it on a small project, it's so much easier to maneuver then I thought it would be! Stay tuned for more projects from me using this new cutting tool!
And on the paper front, there is KikiArt– – I first saw them at Winter CHA in Anaheim. Their booth was full of vibrant color, fresh, funky designs, flocking and glitter. What's not to love? On my project below, I used paper from the Antologia line.
I am still having my ongoing love affair with Creative Impressions – – always the finishing touch I need.
With summer planting and gardening currently in full swing, I decided to create some fun tags to attach to the gifts from my garden and kitchen.
After my tags were complete, I created labels with the date and contents using the word processing program on my computer.
All of the embellishments (including the tulle!) were attached using 450 Quick Dry, and all ribbon edges were treated with Fray Stoppa.
