Happy Thursday to you all. This week I had some fun playing with Fancy Pants Design products. I'm using the Rusted Sun line for this card. I really wanted to have some fun with my card and this is what I came up with. I incorporated a stamp by My Stamp Box that would normally be used for a Christmas card or layout and used it for the summery card. I cut out the center of the card and used a piece of cardboard that I covered with a different piece of paper on the inside of the card to pop through my circle that I cut out on the front of the card. All of the patterned paper was attached to my card using Helmar USA Quick Fix adhesive runner. I then glued down the ribbon with my Helmar USA 450 Quick Dry Adhesive. The Prima flowers were also attached using the Helmar USA 450 Quick Dry Adhesive. This is the most powerful adhesive I have ever used. When you attached something with it you can be sure it will stay put and as far as I'm concerned that is one of the most important things. My Alphabet stickers are from Cosmo Cricket and October Afternoon.
One of my favorite things to do is to create a layout using Rub-ons so for this layout I also used the Fancy Pants Design Rusted Sun line. For the sun I used a circle punch and popped it up using my Helmar USA Zap Dots for a dimensional look. Other Helmar USA products used on this layout are the Helmar USA Quick Fix Adhesive Runner and the Helmar USA 450 Quick Dry Adhesive to attach the ribbon.
