Scrapbook Paper Pinwheels

Hello everyone, Lydia back to share a fun way to use scrapbook paper without making a scrapbook page. I had a lot of fun making these scrapbook paper pinwheels and I hope you enjoy my process.

Things you will need:

  • Helmar Super-Tac Glue
  • Square pieces of patterned scrapbooking paper
  • Scrapbooking Embellishments
  • Skewers

First thing I did was cut squares out of patterned paper no smaller than 4×4 inches.

Next I marked with a pencil where the centre was in each square. I then cut from turn to centre but making sure I left a non cut part to ensure it the piece of paper was still together.

Now I pulled ever second corner into the centre and glued them down with Helmar Super-Tac Glue. This then helps form the pinwheels.

Now for the fun part where you can decorate and embellish. I had some fun  and used a variety of different embellishments including flairs, rubber embellishments and flowers. Again I used the Helmar Super-Tac Glue.

And here are the finished pinwheels. These pinwheels do don't spin but are a great paper item as a décor piece.

I hope you all enjoyed this blog post of a fun and simple use of patterned scrapbooking paper. I will be back soon with another project.
