If a Canadian walks onto the Helmar blog, does she make a sound? You betcha she does!!!!
Hi Everyone I'm Erika Taylor and this is my first blog post as a Helmar Design Team member. When I received the call from our fearless leader Tracy, I had a moment very much like the sentiment on this card. But it was a short lived moment I promise. I'm Uber excited about being a part of this amazing team and I hope that you share your thoughts when I post.
There are some amazing Helmar products out there and when I was introduced to them, I was instantly WOWED!!! This stuff rocks. There truly is an adhesive for every application. You may think having more than one type of glue saves time, That is what I thought too until…
Now don't you fret. As I share my projects with you, I'll do what all of the Helmar Hotties do, and let you know how to use each product, plus tips and tricks to save you time.
For this card, I used the Road Show line from Fancy Pants Designs
The colors are truly scrumptious and the rub-ons are amazing.
See what I mean??? Holy doodles. For the card I used a few different Helmar products. The adhesive for any paper is Helmar Quick-Fix Adhesive Runner which is really easy to maneuver. Then to attach the tulle to the labels, I used a few swirls of the Helmar Premium Craft Glue. Love how the tulle still has some nice volume. Last but not least is the Helmar Gemstone Glue. this adhesive works so well and I love that you can use it for other embellishments too.
