Spring is in the Air.. & some CHA Happenings!!

Spring is in the Air.. is it where you are ??..

Here , just outside of Toronto we are getting some strange

weather.. one day it is full of fluffy white snow,

the next green grass and warm temperatures. I must say

I am so ready for SPRING..

So today, I share a card inspired by what I wish for..haha

you never know it might come true!!

So using this NEW image from Unity Stamp Company's

February 2012 KOM.. which begins today!!

I made this card.. and that great giant piece of

fabulous lace ( Creating is Fun) .. I wanted to use.

but really how do I get that to stay in place..

well of course.. Using my Helmar 450 Quick dry glue..

I can't tell you enough how I just love this glue..

for this card I glued the sides of the lace directly to the back of the cardstock

just putting lines of glue and holding my lace in place . This glue sets

fast, so no need to worry about shifting of your lace pieces.. then on

top of that I used some Helmar Zapdots to raise it off the base of my

card!! Also the button is held in place with Helmar 450.. 🙂

 

Today is the last day of CHA.. I am sure Tracy is having a blast..

with some of Helmars DT joining her.

My daughter sings praises to everyone she meets about

this glue.. she is telling her friends how she loves Helmar.

Now, that is good training.. and she is 6!
