When I first saw Kiki Art products through a blog or two at the last CHA, I was so excited. The bright colors, vibrant prints and full collections immediately caught my eye. I had put a few of the collections on my ever growing wish list, but I hadn't gotten around to getting any yet. Then low and behold my DT package arrived with a great assortment of Kiki Art products.
Now why do I love this company so much? They are CANADIAN!!!! Kind of a perfect match, I'm Canadian too. See where I'm going with this… They truly embrace what Canada is, a Cultural Melting pot. You can see it in their collections and by looking at their design team. Now talk about talent!!!
So the first line that I gravitated to, was the Jardin line. Full of whimsical butterflies and ladybugs. Bright colors, great graphics and totally SUMMER. Did I mention the texture? YUMMO!!! So get your shades out and feel the summer breeze. If I listen closely enough, I think I hear my pool boy bringing me a Mojito…
The Liquid Scrapdots was at it again on my project, but I can't help it. It puts the perfect dimension on everything. All of the flowers and the butterflies have different amounts of Liquid Scrapdots to really create depth. The sentiment is created using the Rough Copy Alphabet from My Stamp Box. Love the font.
Cheery indeed. now where did my fanboy go, I need to be fanned with a palm frond!!!
