I like to try and make my older photos the main focus of my layouts. I decided to try to use a stencil and Helmar Decoupage & Craft Paste to add texture to my plain white cardstock.
I let this dry over night before doing anything to it.
I also used Helmar 450 Quick Dry Adhesive to glue my bits down and Helmar Zapdots as well to give it dimension!
I also sprayed Tattered Angels after everything dried to add some color to the white cardstock.
