Vintage Flair Frame

I found this amazing frame at Hobby Lobby on sale and thought I would add some personal touches. This project was quick, easy and probably only took me about 10 minutes to complete. I liked the frame as is, but the wire backing can come off if you wanted to spray paint it. Here's my finished project!
