Fabulous

Hello!
Today I'm sharing a layout with a music theme. It's me when I was just fifteen years old!
I absolutely loved Madonna! (still do) I used to dress up like her all the time.
I'm so glad I have this photo to look back on and scrap!

Here we go – I used these wonderful Helmar products.

And these too –

Kaisercraft pretty pink paint
Pink Paislee Summer Lights 6×6 paper pad
Pink Paislee Summer Lights ephemera
Pink Paislee Summer Lights stickers
Spotlight sequins, beads and ribbon
My Mind's Eye enamel shapes
Ranger and Kaisercraft inks
Amy Tan puffy stickers
The Craft Stall die cuts
Heidi Swapp clips
Black sharpie
Paper doily

I started with some doodling with a Helmar spatula and paint.

Next I glued my papers with Helmar Craft and Hobby PVA Glue

Then I glued my photo with Helmar Scrap Dots for dimension

Next the fun part – embellishments.
I used Helmar spray adhesive for this vellum heart

Helmar fabric glue on this lovely ribbon

and Helmar Gemstone Glue on all the lovely sequins and beads.

Lastly I drew a border with a fine black sharpie.
Here's the finished layout. I hope it gives you some musical inspiration, have a great August everyone.
