Hi everyone! It's Cindy and I'm so excited to be here today with my very first post as a Helmar designer. I, too, am doing the May Sketch challenge . So far you've seen an amazing canvas and a few layouts. If you haven't seen them, you really should go back and take a peek. Amazing work by fellow designers!
I created this birthday card based on the sketch using some colorful papers from Bella Blvd. I created my layers, stitched the edges on my sewing machine and then used my Cricut Expression to cut out some birthday images, assembling them with Helmar Acid Free glue.
Once I got all my images cut, inked and assembled, I adhered them to the card front with Helmar Premium Craft Glue and Helmar 1/2" Zap Dots. I love a card with images popped off the surface and Helmar Zap Dots are perfect for that!
