Hi, this is Jean and I would like to tell you about one of my Favorite Helmar Products. Two years ago, I started creating Mixed Media Canvases. I had no clue what I was doing but jumped right in. I quickly learned that I needed one important ingredient for these and that is Helmar Decoupage and Craft Paste. This thick water based paste glue is perfect for all layers of my canvases.
Let me show you what I mean. First I gathered a canvas and a variety of papers for the background.
I ripped the papers and decided where I wanted them on the canvas. I glued them using the Decoupage.
Once that was dry, I created a background with paints, stamps and stencils.
I used the Decoupage to add the dress, the quote and the flowers.
Once everything is dry, I Deoupage the entire canvas to protect it. It is so nice to have a product which can see me through from start to finish!
