Beach day

Hi everyone it Bridget here again, and today I would love to share with you a beach layout I created.  It is winter here in Australia and apart from walking the dog along the beach we dont visit the beach as often as we do in Summer.  So it is time to go through our summer photos and relive the sun, sand and all the fun we have there.

My girls and I spend a lot of time of the beach during summer and this is a scrapbooking page I created to capture such a fun memory.

The things I used for this project are:

Helmar Acid Free glue

Helmar craft and hobby PVA glue

Embellishments

watercolors

texture paste

stamps

shells we picked up of the beach

To me it is very important in scrapbooking to use a acid free glue,  it protects your photos from discoloring or staining and so in future your precious photo can be enjoyed.

Another thing I find important to do is to glue your alphas to your page, how many times do you go through a old album and the alphas are all over the place.  The glue I used for this was the Helmar craft and hobby PVA glue, but please if using near your photos stick to the acid free glue.
